Hallie Mares Jewett is an independent singer-songwriter whose music feels like a conversation between heart and horizon, blending folk, indie, and soul with the depth of lived experience.

Born in Taos, New Mexico, and raised in Portland, Maine, Hallie found her voice in unexpected places: airports. During long layovers, she played her guitar and wrote songs with strangers, discovering how music could bridge worlds and falling in love with songwriting in the process.

That spirit of curiosity led her to Memphis, Tennessee, where she studied songwriting at Visible Music College and cut her teeth in the music industry, working behind the scenes on TobyMac's Hits Deep Tour for Terrian. These experiences shaped both her artistry and her faith.

Since 2021, Hallie has released music each year, building toward her debut album Curiosity, released November 8th, 2025, and produced by her husband and creative partner, Tad Jewett (Climb the Ocean).

Curiosity is a story of wonder, of seeing the world with curious eyes, of dreaming big as a child, of facing hardships that sometimes dim that light, and of choosing, again and again, to lift our gaze and find the magic waiting for us.

This is her story, a wide-eyed girl raised in New Mexico and Maine, who set out to chase a dream, only to discover that the journey itself holds the magic, not just the destination. Hallie's hope is that these songs meet listeners where they are and remind them of the wonder waiting quietly in their own lives.
